"This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.
• Hygiene: There were cockroaches in the room—we killed three ourselves.
• Room Condition: All three lamps in the room were broken. The room wasn’t cleaned during our stay until we complained, and while towels were changed every other day, dirty ones were left in the room.
• Safety: Several electrical outlets were missing covers, exposing live wires—an extremely dangerous situation, especially since we had a toddler with us.

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le personnel est treks sympathique, bienveillant, souriant, discret. Le petit déjeuner très copié et pour tous les goûts, pareil pour le restaurant Les chambres etaient très propres et le service de ménage impeccable. Hôtel très agréable avec un bon emplacement "

"Location was very good. Apartment was very clean with maid service daily., it was smaller than I thought it was going to be . Shops and restaurants near by.. my only issue would be that the bed was hard with a thin Duvet for the winter, there was an extra single duvet in the cupboard which we had to share, the TV is also hanging badly slanted (needs fixed) would i stay again (probably not) "

"We had the best stay ever at Casagrand. The room was sublime. We are coming back for sure. Angela and Hugo were amazing and assisted with every query we had. We'll be back soon!"

"Great stay overall. The location is excellent—very central, surrounded by many restaurants, and easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, and breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch.
The only downside was the coffee: the coffee included with breakfast was low quality, and you have to pay extra if you want more than two capsules of better coffee."

"As someone who loves a boutique hotel with unique features, I adored this place. Also as someone who doesn't like crowds, it's a bit rough trying to enter at night with the main entrance being on pink street.
The room itself was very large, the amenities were really quite excellent, and their staff were all great. They accommodated my ridiculously early check in without hassle, had wifi great enough for me to do business calls without issue, and having a California King bed was a wonderful...
