"The staff in the bar and restaurant were excellent, but the room was dirty. The carpet hadn’t been hoovered for at least a week, there was a horrible amount of limescale on the kettle and it wasn’t clean. There was dust in the bathroom around the hairdryer cord and the tap wasn’t plumbed in correctly. There was a lot of noise that could be heard from other residents."
