"Very conveniently located. Literally next door to both a laundromat and a 7-11, the 2 basic essentials of TW. Restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. There's even a McDonald's, KFC and Starbucks within walking distance if you're needing western food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet that has decent food. "

"This isn’t a tourist hotel. It is more for business. If you want to explore Taipei, then you are about an 40 minutes away by car and an hour by train. The amenities are good and the staff is great, very helpful and accommodating "

"My stay was 👏 amazing. The hotel staff and people in the surrounding area were so welcoming. They made me feel at home and took extra care when preparing my room each day. They were kind enough to arrange transportation and learn about the local culture. I felt so much love and care that i will for sure stay again many times. "Despite the hotel being in a building with other establishments, I didn’t find it a problem. The reception area is right in front of the elevators and rooms are locked with keycards. Staff were generally friendly. My room felt humid and damp, which in turn made my clothes and bedding feel the same. Permanent fixtures are worn out, especially near the sink where water splashes around when in use. Towels are falling apart with holes, and have stains. Bedding has stains too, but relatively comfy....
