My husband and I always feel welcome at Joyfultel. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and always provides different varieties for east and west customers.

We are very happy staying at this hotel, check in was seamless, front desk staffs were very courteous, our room was very large with 3 beds, it was spotlessly clean. Many varieties & choices for breakfast, even the staffs in the break room were very friendly & helpful. Free snacks & various types of tea & coffee were available in the sitting area. The manager Mr Lee was very friendly & professional, he went out of the way to give us a ride to the MRT station on his way home after his shift was over. We have no complaints at all with this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Taoyuan.

Quiet location, clean, great big room, even twin bedroom. Lots of eatery nearby and of course close to the Outlet Mall. Will stay again on next visits in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Joyfultel hotel! The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and there is a 7-11 and a local restaurant (永和) steps away. I checked in the hotel late at night so it was nice to be able to get some late night snacks at 永和. The hotel is unfortunately a bit further away from the subway station and takes about 15 mins to walk to and from the hotel. The staff here were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. On the day of my checkout, my luggage was accidentally being taken away by another group of tourists and the front desk was quickly able to contact the cab driver and resolved the problem. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. I will definitely come back and stay with joyfultel again.

Beyond amazing experience!! Spacious & well-decorated room; sparkling clean & comfortable. It also equips quality toiletries. I came to TPE for a concert & found Joyfultel awesome for concert goers. It is quite near to NTSU Arena, saving the transport time. The most enjoyment was that they broadcasted the concert related performer's music & gave away small gifts. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thanks to the friendly & welcoming staff. Will come again!

The doors at the center of the main entrance were designed to pull-to-open. It was hard for me to open & hold the door with one hand, and push in my two luggage with the other hand. I was disappointed to see two staff sitting at the counter near the doors who just watched during my entire struggle. However, the hotel itself was kept very clean; the lobby area was also clean & comfortable. My room was wide, spacious, clean & comfortable. Self-serve washing machine & dryer were also provided at no charge. There was a small gym area with several equipment. However, if you have things to handle in Taipei, this is not a convenient location. Not many eateries to offer in a short walking distance.

Love this hotel

I traveled with my son, both of us love this hotel very much. The room is good size, very comfortable and clean. Toilet is equipment with electronic bidet that make daily job easier. This hotel also have washer and dryer which is free. 15minutes walk to airport transit or take taxi costed $3 USD.
