"The staff were very courteous and polite and they helped me when I had questions or concerns. I was well pleased with their service and kindness.
To anyone not familiar with the area, particularly westerners like myself, the hotel may appear to be in a dangerous location and it is a little tricky to find the entrance but it was not the case and eventually felt and realized it was safe and the food vendors cooked some tasty meals! I would recommend staying here to anyone and will come back again...

I booked 2 double-bed room for 3 nights.
The room is spacious and clean. All the staffs are very helpful with good service mind.
I will book this hotel again when I plan to go Taoyuan."

"The hotel is clean and easy to navigate around. The surrounding area have multiple convinient stores and restaurants within 5 mins walking distant. The room is a bit small but it is understandable for Taipei. The staffs are friendly and helpful; however, it is a bit difficult to communicate with some staff if you do not know Mandarin. Not every staff members at the lobby can communicate effectively in English."
