"全室バリアフリーとのことでしたが、車椅子使用者の私にはやはり動きにくかったです。お国柄なので仕方がないかもしれませんが、普段ウォシュレットをするのが当たり前の生活をしているので、ウォシュレットのない３泊は厳しかったです。ラグジュアリーホテルなのにビジネスホテルにあるようなドリップコーヒーしかなく、せめてネスプレッソのようなコーヒーメーカーぐらいは置いてほしかった。"
