"The property is beautiful. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and give you clean towels. They do have a restaurant and bar on the property, There’s a bar by the pool as well. The staff are nice and helpful. There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. Shockingly there are a lot of places in that 2 mile radius. I seen small bugs on the counter in the bathroom. That was my only concern. Everything else was great. I took my son for his 15th birthday, next time i go it will be with my S.O. It’s a beautiful hotel, it looks just like the photos."

"The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."

"These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel. For being on Scottsdale, I would have think of something a little better than what it was, too much noise, kids, jumping up on my roof on the next floor up The cleaning is on the place was the worst for the price of the room, I don’t not recommend at all display to anybody Nobody deserves to go through what I went through there I have staying so many different hotels in my life, so far this is one of the worst Do not stay there if you really don’t want to struggle with no proper customer service, and dirtiness all over the place, the couch was pretty stained, dirty everywhere, full of cobwebs. "I highly recommend this hotel for many reasons. The hotel is close to restaurants, shopping, trails, and other attractions. It is approximately 16-20 mins from Sky Harbor airport and within minutes of Fashion Square mall. Our room was immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel is lively with impressive amenities such as gym, pool, cabana, bar/restaurant, complimentary bicycle rental, and valet service. I highly recommend reservations for the onsite restaurant Calla because it can get really busy. "
