"The rooms I was assigned had an absolutely awful odor. It was like a sewage stench that made me gag, so I requested a new room immediately after walking into the first one I was given. They moved me right away. Second room in a different building had the same smell, only less intense. It did not dissipate over the course of my stay. Debated about going to a different resort but my reservation was prepaid so I knew I would not get money back. Someone I assume was a manager comped me tacos once for the inconvenience. Other than that issue, it was a good stay. Pools were nice, staff were good, bed and seating in room were super comfortable. Food and drinks were good, nothing great. Got ignored a lot by poolside servers so had to go to the bar for ordering - going to the bar was not a big deal but didn’t appreciate when servers just walked by and only approached certain guests. I don’t think I’d stay here again."

"The property was clean and comfortable with all you need however the couch was a bit uncomfortable . The lobby was very modern but the apartment was a bit sterile and minimum decorated . The A/C worked very well and the reception staff very polite and helpful."
