The property was clean and so were the rooms. They were very basic and standard if you don’t care about aesthetic and just need somewhere to lay your head. The staff customer service was okay. No one was rude or anything but they just weren’t super friendly. There were a few times where we’d walk in or around and not see a front desk staff member. The breakfast was mediocre as well. I honestly feel like we paid more than it was worth.

It was a short stay for us because we dined out at a restaurant and didn't want to drive all the way back home that evening. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only issue we had was the toilet was running when we got to our room. It wasn't a big deal. We were able to lift the lid and fix it. It just didn't work as well as we were hoping it would once we got it to stop. I did notify the staff and he said they would look at it. Again, we were in and out so it wasn't a problem for us. They did have us sign a form to make us aware of the expectations. No smoking, no pets, etc. That's standard. One of the boxes I had to initial was saying that it was the entertainment district so there may be a lot of noise outside. I did bring my white noise machine; however, I could still hear a lot of cars revving their engines and going fast down the street (even with the white noise machine). People may want to be aware of that. The breakfast was great in the morning. The staff was so friendly! It really made my morning to be greeted with such kindness and a warm smile. I don't remember her name but she is very special and a valuable employee. Overall, we had a great stay! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. If we'd have stayed longer, we would have loved to have used the pool, hot tub, and the fitness center (it would have fun to use the punching bag). :-)
