"We were very comfortable in our room both times we stayed here for our trip to VA. I loved the easy access to pet relief areas. Unfortunately people left so many cigarette butts all around the grassy area for pets (it was obvious it was meant for pets, there were pet waste bags provided by the hotel in this area) and there was an ash tray right close by which made it all the more frustrating. This isn’t the hotel’s fault! Just wish people were more respectful of the limited areas our pets have...
"Was a great experience. The hotel have a very great potencial for attract new customers. They have many opportunities to improve the customer experience. The location is fenomenal. Only take 5 minutes to WTC Memorial, Oculus and many Metro stations. The location is very safe. The room and amenities are just like the offer, just like photos. The lobby crew was very supportive and friendly. I hope in my next trip to NYC have a new stay with Tribeca Hotel. You're so nice guys!"

"I stayed at Arlo Soho in NYC Aug. 6-8. Their Hotels.com profile included free Wi-Fi and gym in the amenities. However, I was charged an additional “resort fee” of $34/day for Wi-Fi, gym, “bike access,” and two cans of water. Ripoff!"
