"We had a wonderful stay at Lotte Hotel! The location is incredibly convenient, with both the mall and the airport within walking distance, making it so easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was also clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Lotte Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. We’d be happy to stay here again!"
