"My room was excellent. Very clean and fresh. The staff are so friendly, helpful, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. I was staying for work but if I was to go back to Peppa Pig World, then this is the place to stay as it is right on the doorstep and definitely a great place to stay."

"The gentleman on the desk when we arrived was very helpful and friendly. The room was basic but adequate for the low price. We stayed in (I think), room 216 and the door was playing up and wouldn’t close properly so this could do with being looked at. "

"Room spacious and clean. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Food was nice. Breakfast was nice the only slightly negative thing was glasses and plates were not replenished we had to ask for that to be done despite 2 staff being in the area. Otherwise cannot fault the hotel . staff were welcoming at reception "
