Absolutely stunning, quaint, 500 year old coaching inn with lots of original features. Fantastic location in the centre of the historic market town. Bar, restaurant and large out door seating area. Extremely welcoming, happy and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff. Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably hot. Despite turning all the radiators off and sleeping with the windows open in the middle of January, the temperature was still in the high 20s, which made it very difficult to sleep.

This is an ancient inn in the heart of Romsey. The room was clean but small. Staff great. Very friendly and helpful. Bar and food all good. It looked lovely for Christmas

The best hotel! Located in the city center, reception staff, delicious sandwiches, very warm. In the room you can choose hot chocolate, coffee, tea. Snow-white clean sheets, comfortable pillows, pleasant smells in the shower. What do you need to relax after a busy day? Hotel "White Horse" By the way, the price per night was very surprising. Thank you to all the employees for their hard work.

It is centrally located in Romsey and is always a great place to stay. Rooms are clean and tidy and the hotel is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and I stay here on business. The only negative is when you decide not to have your room cleaned , they do not replace the cups , coffees and teas unless you tell reception. I did this on the first day and they replaced them but forgot on the second, ended up going to reception and getting them but would of liked them to have just replaced them Staying again next week

Great hotel in a great area! We enjoyed our stay very much! Staff, food, drinks, all wonderful. The standard rooms are small, but that is clearly indicated when you book. No onsite parking, but its not far. Only a few minutes walk. We are still talking about our stay and hope to be back.
