"Expedia booked us into this hotel last minute when our flight home was cancelled at 9pm. Upon check in, reception refused to allow us to a room upon seeing our 4 year old - we were never informed this was an adults only "resort". They were unbelievably rude and refused to understand or help, clearly they do not have kids of their own or there would have been more empathy to our situation. They kicked us out without providing any solutions, at 930pm with a child and no where to go. Wonderful...
