very clean, easy check in and out, staff were nice and let me keep my luggage at the lobby after checkout. however it is located near the red light district. I still felt very safe otherwise.

The hotel is very clean, very close to the train station. Only 3 stops to Disneyland. Convenience store just at the entrance of the hotel. About 11000yen from Haneda airport to the hotel. Staffs are very nice and patient. Breakfast has western style and Japanese style, offers variety of selection, awesome to start a day! Highly recommended for this hotel!
