"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. "Stayed for one night for a catch up with friends and a visit to Cheshire Oaks. Very well located to the outlet stores and also to the centre of Chester for food and drinks in the evening. "We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. "What a great location, thats it. The appartment could be some much better. It was clean but damage to walls, pictures propped up on the floor, bulbs missing from lamp, sofa in lounge disgusting and dirty, no tv remote and worse of all it absolutely stunk of cannabis all night and no way of removing the smell as no air conditioning.
