"Wonderful place to stay in Penang. Great food options in the hotel and also nearby. Easy walk around the top of Penang and nice to be just out of the busier centre.

morning food was empty very fast need very long time to fill up.

In my suites that i stay for 5 days. The shampoo or soup if you did noe used until empty will not put the new one(So funny for me)"
"The place was incredibly cozy. The owners are amazing - give you a map that shows all the local places when you check in. They even lent me a bamboo mat for the beach!
The place is also spotless - they take great care of it. Air conditioning and TV both worked very well.
A 5 minute slow walk from the beach, and there is a supermarket literally 5 meters from the front door.

"All good. Staff are very friendly and not too crowded during weekdays. Buggy services are quick and helpful. The waterpark is big and fun. More fun if the slides have more water pressure. The kid keeps getting stuck in the middle because it's not slippery enough."

"A pleasant hotel on the beach and close to restaurants etc. Staff were extremely helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is the best - everything you could wish for is served. Room is spacious and very clean.
Wine and fruit platter in room on arrival was a nice touch.
Hotel could do with a bit of TLC in places i.e. Paint/repair - balcony seat cushion repaired or replaced, pool umbrellas repaired or replaced but nothing too major. "
