"Easy check in with clear instructions for entry and parking. Lovely breakfast, hot and cold options. Clean room with a lovely hot shower. Great location for visiting York. Would happily book again."

"The breakfast was great. Our room: the carpet smelled and stains. Only one bottle of hand and body wash was supplied. Shampoo was not supplied."

"Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour au Sycamore guess house. La chambre était petite mais confortable. L’emplacement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare de train et 15 min du centre de York. Spiros et son fils vous servent un délicieux petit déjeuner anglais chaque matin. Et Spiros se fera un plaisir de vous indiquer quoi visiter ou le chemin à prendre vers les attractions. Je recommande fortement ce guess house."

"Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Our greeted us like family and was super friendly and helpful. This accommodation was one of the nicest places we have stayed in this trip at definitely the most reasonably priced. The location is excellent; just a short walk from Yorkminster, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of York. I highly recommend a...

We were contacted whilst out to say the dog was distressed. Although this was later downgraded. We we contacted or called on each day of our stay (?) which got a...

"I had a wonderful stay at Judges Court Hotel. The location is excellent — close to everything and perfect for exploring the area. The room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and overall the hotel felt welcoming and well‑kept. It was a great stay and I would happily return."

"Sabina and her father run a fantastic house! Super clean, super helpful, and super convenient location!"
