"The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Beddgelert was stunning. The breakfast was delicious. Ty Afon is also very close to Mount Snowdon if you're interested in climbing it. Thank you for our wonderful stay."

"Booked this hotel for a weekend due to location to Watkin Path. Staff so kind & helpful, Rooms clean & tidy with ensuite bathrooms including baths in two out of 3 rooms booked. Use of lift to rooms. "Great stay! Could t fault the accommodation at all! 5 min drive from zip world, host left some extras for us, tea coffee sugar milk bottle of bubbly and some chocolates and shortbread! "Richard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch. Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean. The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons..."

"f suggestions for food and days out. Food was plentiful and Yolanda’s homemade bread was excellent. "

"I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀"

"We stayed in the family apartment which was a bedroom downstairs, a bedroom upstairs, a bathroom with shower and we had a small corner kitchen that had everything you could need. In a beautiful area, so quiet and peaceful, loved the scenery. Great communication off the owners and a warm welcome. Would recommend and would stay again"

"We stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place."

"Well portioned for easy access to all travel and walking. Stunning views of surrounding mountains. However the village seemed abit run down and dinning opportunities limited. We would suggest the Royal Sportsman hotel for dinning. As we have visited it before and the food and service was excellent. "

"We arrived at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon, the team were busy and to be expected. We were then attended to within a few minutes. Polite and friendly and shown to our room. It was a building near the pub. Parking was free and able to park outside the pub. Its all situated in a square,like a market square surrounded by big granite hills.
