"During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!"

Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient. We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai. "+ The hotel room was generally clean and comfortable + staff were attentive and helpful. + great value for money - Some equipment in the gym need maintenance - the pool needs cleaning. The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes drive from the city centre. The immediate neighbourhood is relatively quiet but is not a tourist area, so you will need to have or arrange transport. There's some food stalls, bars and convenience stalls within walking distance but there's nothing fancy apart from the hotel's own restaurant which opens at 11am."
