"The hotel environment is ok, near to shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff is also helpful and polite. The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains."

"Great place to stay. Very comfortable room and AC. Staff are a gold standard 10/10. Near faultless. A little bit of rust from metal beams around the pool, but I assume it was structurally safe. And would be easier if pool towels were supplied by the pool, rather than in the room."

"Finding the place was tricky due to obscure address systems in the city: it is directly opposite the bus station regardless of what Google Maps tells you! Check in was a bit of a hassle. They refused to accept that we had paid and kept asking for money (despite me having the booking confirmation, in Thai, which showed we had). Eventually they rung someone who seemingly confirmed that we had paid. They were very apologetic but after 7 hours in the bus then 30mins looking for the place it was...
