"My only complaint was the parking. When I came to check in they wanted me to do the self check in and I had asked about parking but it was not clearly communicated. Had to park 10 min away and carry all my luggage. Due to the parking issues not sure if I’d stay again."

"You guys did great,Best Western motel owner"

"one of the best hotels I stayed at"

"Very disappointing experience. The bathroom was not properly maintained, with visible mold in both the shower and around the sinks. This is unacceptable for a hotel and raises serious concerns about cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest safety. The room did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, and the condition of the bathroom made our stay very unpleasant. I expected much better, especially for a hotel that is supposed to provide a clean and comfortable environment. I would not recommend...

"The hotel had a swanky, kitschy vibe. Rooms were small, but it was worth it."

"Great stay!"

"Nice location downtown. Close to Phoenix Suns Stadium, Chase Field, and the Convention Centet."

"Great hotel, right next to the concert venue"

"I Love The Space And Design. You Really Feel At Home! The Amenities To The Communicative Support! Definitely Recommend For Any Stay"

"Entry to the property is challenging, as there is a locked gate that you don’t have a code to. Directions from the property are not forthcoming easily. That said once you get inside it’s a great place to stay. Roomy, quiet, and really well appointed. Once they get the initial entry thing right, this will be a go to place for people."
