"We had a flat tire on our way to this hotel. We live in Tucson and are a little over 2 hours away. We called and spoke to a front desk person and told her we wouldn’t arrive until after midnight. She told us our reservations would be canceled and hung up on me. I had to suck it up and call her back and pretend like we were “cut off” and beg her to help me. I have a Hilton honors membership and was somewhere able to “check in” remotely. If I’d left it to the woman at the front desk I would have lost our hotel and we would have had no place to stay for the concert of a lifetime. In a nutshell the front desk staff are rude and no help. Lastly, they spray some disgusting scent in the entire lobby. "

"This hotel is conveniently located in downtown Phoenix, close to Mortgage Matchup and Chase Arenas. The staff is quite friendly and helpful."

"Very clean. Stayed there two nights, water faucet in kitchen stopped working. Host was communicating very well but when we asked for WiFi help, communication completely stopped until we checked out. There was no parking space for the place we stayed. There is no way to darken the room from the light outside when trying to sleep at night. Also only two towels were provided for showering. Great location, walking distance to downtown area. A little pricey for the short comings. "

"This hotel's location was really convenient to all of our activities planned for downtown Phoenix. It's a quick walk to Chase Field and the Suns Arena. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, the traffic can be quite congested in this area and we had a really difficult time pulling into to the hotel to check in. We had to circle the block for 45 min because the traffic was so backed up - there was a Dbacks and Suns game on the same day as our check-in. Also, we could hear traffic noise all night long, even from the 7th floor with the AC on."
