"Nice place and people"

"staff was great but they failed to let us know there was no hot water when we got there and it was 40 out side we did let the front desk know they sent someone up to act like they were going to fix it but come to find out one of their boilers were down and could not keep up with the amount of guest they had checked in."

"This is my second stay at the hotel. Everything is very good - the staff, the room, the kitchenette, the breakfast, and the location."

"Everything here was wonderful made my birthday stay such a pleasure definitely recommend and will be back! The breakfast was really good too"

"The experience from the time I walked in the door was horrible as I nee"
