"The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, and waking up to the sound of the waves was a highlight of our trip. One thing to note is that there is no front desk staff on-site, which made it less convenient when we needed assistance, extra towels, or wanted to ship our luggage. Overall, a great stay if you're looking for a peaceful getaway with amazing views."

"This was an amazing stay. The room was immaculate and clean. All amenities were in perfect working order. The food was top tier. The bus stop was right next to the building. I highly recommend checking it out if you plan on visiting Hakone."

"The property is a little run down but clean. The staff was rude when we were trying to check in. My husband and kids were behind me checking in and were told they couldn’t be there and shooed them away and then when my family moved down the hallway to wait me for me they came and asked them to move again. But no recommendation of where we would wait."

"施設はまだ新しく、清潔感満載のホテルです。またテントと露天風呂のある別室（ガーデン）もしっかりとプライバシーが保たれ、お湯も適度な温度で大変満喫出来ました。 サービスも従業員の方々の笑顔での丁寧な対応は大変よく、到着時の軽食や選べるシャンプー、ボディーソープ、ソフトドリンクとアイスの無料サービスなど至れり尽くせりで満足いくものでした。 ２点ほど気になった点は、水回りのミラー内蔵型時計や同様の共用部分のトイレの時計が正確じゃなかったり、部屋内の冷蔵庫が殆ど効いていなかったことは少し残念てした。"
