"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"

"This was the perfect place to stay for my trip to Florence. The location was great, right across from Boboli Gardens, down the street from Ponte Vecchio, and close by a bunch of nice restaurants and wine bars. AC works great too!"

"Nothing nice about the hotel, old and outdated, but it's clean and the location is great and convenience, walk right out into the Piazza del Duomo, with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It looked like a private apartment building converted to a hotel so the layout is like going into an old apartment building with no elevator. "I paid over $1,200 for a two night stay at the Junior Suite. This property is one of the worst Mr and Mrs Smith properties I have visited. They sell luxury for subpar stay. Lots of hidden fees. "La habitación era amplia, linda y muy cómoda. La ubicación también fue excelente, ya que nos permitió movernos fácilmente y disfrutar mucho más de la zona.
