"Everything was amazing. Except we were given a bathroom that was meant for people with disabilities so it was very uncomfortable and the hotel was sold out. As I told the staff, there are no pictures on the reservation suggesting we might get a disabilities bathroom or else I would have specified I needed a normal one. I traveled with a baby and it was extremely uncomfortable. As it is not a cheap stay, the hotel is supposed to tell you you might get that room, or leave it open for disabled...

The location is simply perfect — right in Plaza Santa Ana, surrounded by great restaurants, cafés, and within walking distance of so many major attractions.
