"We would come back as many times as they would have us !! Beautiful people and Property!!"

"Booked for a quick trip over to Ireland to visit a relative who lives nearby so the hotel was well located for what we were looking for. The hotel is set in landscaped grounds and is impressive when you drive in. Reception is nice and the staff most helpful. The rooms are large (executive twin) with a large single beds and sizeable bathroom with separate bath and walk in shower. Robes and slippers are a nice touch. The fixtures are a little dated but worked fine, furniture is quite badly scuffed...

"We fly in/out of Dublin several times a year. We like this property because although it is only about 10-15 mins from the airport, it feels like you are really in the country. So there is not that cramped and hassled feeling with so many of the airport hotels near DUB - tight parking, shuttle buses, airport noise etc. Roganstown Country House Hotel feels a bit like a respite. That being said, they could invest a little in the interior of the hotel. While our room was clean and comfortable,...

"Interesting property. I stayed in one of the wings of the main house on the 1st floor. The room was fine (the artwork in the wings and bedrooms was very incongruent to the grandeur of the main house…), pillows were really thin, and they felt a bit dated but comfortable. The windows were really small. The main section of the house/public spaces were beautiful. One thing I found odd were the number of influencers there making content, perhaps for the new spa?"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay would highly recommend room staff and food was excellent"

"Our stay was amazing - the food was so delicious. We would highly recommend this place to stay while you visit Ireland - perfect driving distance to Dublin. They were also very helpful in letting us know things to see while in the area but also when we left headed to Limerick gave us excellent things to see on the way. The owner and staff went over and above 😁👍"

"Yes, please consider staying at the hotel! Both parking & breakfast are included. The rooms are warm and the water is hot in the shower (yes, sometimes it’s just barely warm in other Irish hotels). The rooms are clean and big. The decor is classic. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again."

"Nice facility with restaurant and pub on site. Great breakfast."

"Parking is Very very very very tight, like the ramps are tight. There’s plenty of parking though, once you squeeze in. The hotel is lovely, the staff are very helpful, the breakfast is GREAT, and I like how they styled it as a fancy upscale place. But it’s clearly for families. Shower on the 5th floor was clearly my punishment for past sins because it would go from scalding to freezing over and over without changing the faucet. At 6 am. Expedia description of the hotel says it has a...

"What an amazing stay at Carton House! Could not fault anything. We will be back next year."

"Overall, it is a nice hotel but we had some challenges with the amenities. It offered A/C which was a rare treat, but it only worked in one of the two rooms. We were excited to see ice machines, but couldn’t find one that worked. The tvs only got 7 channels and we had to call the office to get the room next to us to quiet down after being repeatedly woken up. The food and and drink at the restaurant were good and the place was clean and people friendly, but we were disappointed."

"Ok"

"That’s a very cute little place, no directions at all on how to turn on different things like the TV or the stove or any of the Kitchen things that would’ve been nice to have but eventually figured it out. It was clean, quiet and a cute little place in the country."

"Nothing to add"

"The staff were friendly but our room did not have clean sheets. There were stains and crumbs on the bed when we arrived. We asked for new sheets and had to change them ourselves. Would not recommend staying here."

"Clean, great location"

"I booked this by accident and didn’t realize that it was a room, but it worked out well. It was convenient to the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. The thing that caused me concern was that it didn’t have a private bath, but that was not an issue. We were able to use the facilities at will with no wait or inconvenience. I hadn’t stayed in a place like this before, but I would consider staying again. We had privacy. I wasn’t able to make tea in my room, but I didn’t ask for...

"It was my understanding, from the ads, that the property had a washer dryer. It did not. I was told after we vacated, there was a washing machine out in the green shed !!!! The milk provided was curdled and not fit for consumption."
