"Russel helped us move from the elderly/disabled room to a regular room. We requested for a room close to the elevator but gave us a room for wheelchair assisted people. The lady that checked us in saw that we are both able people but she gave us a room for the disabled. Need to train that lady that checked us in. "
"I have stayed at this hotel twice and the rooms are clean but on the smaller side. The location is great for the O2 arena. Easy access to central London. The area is quieter than central London which is nice after a busy day walking around the busier areas."
"Very good location, room clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Didn't eat at the hotel as it was fully booked on the night that we tried to go there so may be book in advance. Short walk to several attractions in Greenwich. Also caught the bus to the O2 which was easy."
