"As a first time visitor to London, I found this to be a great start to my trip. It’s very simple and user friendly experience. I enjoyed being able to pop down into the pub for a bev or even a pizza. Quite walkable as well, I took a lovely morning stroll with a chai and croissant from down the way! Definitely check this place out! "
"Arrived after a long overnight flight, reception staff were great and the check-in was fast. Nice to have the offer of luggage brought upstairs:-) Breakfast was yummy, view over the heath pleasant. I stay here when I can for these reasons and more - nice to have a traditional hotel still available!"

"Russel helped us move from the elderly/disabled room to a regular room. We requested for a room close to the elevator but gave us a room for wheelchair assisted people. The lady that checked us in saw that we are both able people but she gave us a room for the disabled. Need to train that lady that checked us in. "
