"Umbrellas were free for guests to use. Great breakfast buffet, pricey but the unlimited lattes were worth it!"

"We had a family room. It was very comfortable."

"Great place, close to a lot of things. Staff's are very helpful, Room is clean, breakfast is awesome 👌. I highly recommended it."

"Great location, room was clean but had to ask for face cloths as they were not automatically put in the room. Breakfasts were good value and the food was good. We did have one dinner in the restaurant and wished we hadn’t. The server disappeared after taking our order, the kitchen sent out a completely wrong entree and when the server reappeared he proceeded to make ordering dessert a complete nightmare."

"This hotel is FANTASTIC! Very last minute booking, literally less than an hour before I arrived. The location is literally around the corner from Buckingham Palace! I took a “single” basement floor room. Windows were present and the greenery view was calming. Every single thing was perfect. Exactly what I needed. The room is exactly as pictured. It’s like a little studio, perfectly laid out. Two people could easily stay here for a full vacation unless you want something extravagant. ...

"My room was small but functional. The property was unique, and I liked my back staircase entrance to my room. Unfortunately my room came with a strangely laid out bathroom which was functionally too small, thus just 4 stars."

"Great position for our theatre trip. Bed was quite soft and room a little noisy. Room clean."

"The room was very clean and the bathroom too. All staff were very helpful and polite. Lovely breakfast with large choice available. Heating was very efficient and air conditioning available for the warmer times. Would definately stay here again."

"The staff was AMAZING!! Literally everything they recommended on spot on. Excellent location!! Close to it all. Also the only hotel we found with breakfast included! And it was a great breakfast!! We will absolutely stay here again."
