"Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. "The property itself was located in a very convenient area that made it easy to explore, and had some great restaurant options in close proximity to where we stayed, though it is a city and it looks like a city. our host Alessandro could not have been better. He took care of everything for us, including arranging our parking in the traffic restricted area. He was a fun, informative host."

The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. The staff was helpful and even provided a print out of recommended restaurants that we used and loved all the suggestions. Would stay again! "

"One of the best places we stayed at in Sicily. Loved how modern and clean our room was. The soap, extra pillows and hot water made a big difference--something you don't normally think about. The bed was also very comfortable. Francesco was super helpful and friendly with our check-in and parking inside their garage. Driving thru the narrow alley streets of Palermo is definitely not for the faint of heart. I will caution that it is on the main street with tons of restaurants and is closed off to...
