Last night in Palermo

We loved our room and check-in was relatively simple. We would have preferred someone onsite to greet us and provide information in person, but we managed. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time, that the room was on the 3rd floor and no elevator available. Trying to get our luggage up 3 flights of steep narrow stairs was not easy! But once we got up to our room, we found it quite nice and comfortable.

Excellent emplacement et chambre top

B&B en plein cœur de Palerme qui permet de tout visiter à pieds avec la possibilité de se garer non loin. Chambre très propre, spacieuse et rénovée. A savoir l’appartement se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Pour raison de covid, le petit déjeuner a été servi dans la chambre et pourrait être un peu étoffé.

A little extra care needed

The room itself was beautiful and very clean with an amazing shower and great air conditioning. The problem was that it was extremely loud at night. We requested a quiet room not facing the street but were put in a room where you could hear partying all night long on the streets. Room 3 also has a door that used to open to the main hallway where all guests come through. Loud guests woke us up at 7 am because the walls are very thin. We paid for breakfast but they only offered yogurt, packaged cookies, packaged crackers with an assortment of jams and juice or coffee. I felt like this was a horrible effort in comparison to other hotels I’ve visited that still put care into the breakfast despite the restrictions from covid. I asked if they had other foods available and she said they were unable to provide anything not pre-packaged but the next day they brought cookies in an open bowl so there’s no logic to that. A little extra care in the service would have been appreciated.
