"My husband and I had a great experience at this rental. It’s more like a B&B with a host. Our hostess was very communicative and helpful and prepared an amazing breakfast at the other Ballarooms property (less than 5 minutes away). It was great having A/C to combat the heat. Our room was spacious, with lots of room to spread out, and the bathroom was clean and functional."

The property is small, charming, and well situated for sightseeing. While there is no street parking available, the hotel offers access to a parking garage next door for approximately €25 per night. If you are driving within the city center, be aware that a daily traffic permit may also be required. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with an excellent location."

Initially difficult to find, driving in was a very tight squeeze with a mid-sized SUV, but once we were in, we found the office and gate no problem, and the staff were very helpful. I believe the owner's name is Guila - she is extremely accommodating, hard-working, and prepares a full breakfast with eggs, fruit, pasties, etc for all of the guests every morning. "This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...

"The view from the room directly overlooked the Teatro Al Massimo. The sunsets were amazing and the room could not have been cleaner. Gianni waited over an hour for us to accommodate our early check-in. Snacks and coffee were stored in the kitchen for our use and the room was quiet— two floors above ground floor. Elevator works which in other properties may or may not be the case. “A”."
