"This property is a hidden gem. It is a old building but in great shape very well updated and clean. It is right on the harbor and walking distance to the harbor village. Stayed there for 2 nights with family of five,the kids loved it. Breakfast and cofee were decent, seating outside by the harbor is great. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms and flooring were remodeled and clean. Air condititioning worked great too. Would stay there again next time we are in Ventura."

"I slept better here than I do at home. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Everything was exceptionally clean, especially being that it is an older building. There is cosmetic wear and tear on the walls and doors, but nothing that impacted my stay. All the appliances worked and the bed was perfectly soft and comfortable. The staff was the best part. So friendly and accommodating. For the price, this was the best value around and I can't wait to come back."

"property has a beaufitul, peaceful feel, perfectly located across from the beach and Ventura pier, clean pool with towels, pet friendly and attentive staff. breakfast was good and fresh but we had to wait for staff to re-fill coffee, juice and some food items.
