Description states elevator, however if you’re staying on the 2nd floor & have a room 253 or above, you’re climbing another 1-1/2 flights of narrow winding stairs. Hotel Montecarlo
Room was clean but felt a little small. Some of the staff at the front desk were awesome and some were just ok. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. Also definitely not quiet outside especially at night.
