The front desk staff was helpful and informative. The food at the restaurant was good. The breakfast selections were amazing and delicious!
The hotel was once elegant but now a bit tired, especially the carpet.
Bus stop is a block away. Not anything else really that's vlose by.
The hotel is near the public transport about 1km walk if you will use public transport I would recommend to buy both way pass or one day pass to Venice so you don’t need to looking for the tickets to come back to the hotel and there are coffee near gas station sell the tickets about 7 Euro per day
Personale molto gentile e simpatico.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe in the 80s it was but now it DEFINITELY is not. Very dissapointed to have stayed here. Everything was old and the room smelled like old cigarettes. The AC did not work either. The room was big but definitely not worth the money.
This property looks nothing like the photos don’t let them fool you. The curtains had holes in them, the sofa was ripped up, and the whole place was dark and smelled like cigarettes in the halls. half of the lights on the first floor hallway don’t work so your walking through a dark hallway that is not welcoming what do ever. It is not a convenient walk to a shuttle to Venice either. You have to walk through a park that at night is quite unnerving to walk through especially if you are alone. I thought the staff was nice at first, but when I asked for an extra pillow because they only gave me one they told me no and to go back to bed. Very strange. I loved Venice, but my one regret is staying here. I should have splurged a little more and stayed in actual Venice. You get what you pay for I guess.
Very outdated, the place has very old carpet which makes the place have a funky smell. The place looks like it has not been remodeled since it first opened. The shower did not have a shower head, the main light of our room did not work. The AC surprisingly worked fine.

The restaurant only had one thing you could order. I had a Reservation number but they could not find it on check-in.
Property is very nice and a quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation and Venice city the only thing restaurants are far from restaurants. Hotel needs a restaurant inside or close by
