Complicated check in

Reception doesn't work if you don't call before. I booked in the morning and arrive at 3:00 pm, but must wait for owner for 3 hours. The number od phone registered at hotels.com is from secretary inside the apartment and is not always available because there is not always anyone. At first day told me I booked with breakfast, last day told me it wasn't booked with breakfast and thats gift for us.

La zona non è consigliatissima per via Piave, ma la struttura tutto sommato è veramente buona. Il personale (la signora Teresa) è simpatico e accogliente e preparato. La stanza era un po’ calda e il letto molto morbido, ma sono giudizi soggettivi questi.

Poor experience - unhelpful staff

Communication from property very poor with staff not responsive to messages/calls. Staff had poor English and were unhelpful. Hotel Would advise anyone to avoid this property.

Tolle Unterkunft in Mestre

Schönes Zimmer, dass genau unseren Erwartungen entsprach. Sehr geräumiges, modernes Bad mit Föhn. Gute Lage, der Bus nach Venedig und zwei Supermärkte direkt vor der Tür, sowie ein Café für den morgendlichen Kaffee ebenfalls nebenan. Der Bahnhof von Mestre ist fussläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Und hat es gut gefallen, wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

Ottima location per raggiungere punti d’interesse. Stanza pulita. Unica pecca, i riscaldamenti dovrebbero essere autonomi non di tipo condominiali ovvero a fascia oraria soprattutto quando fuori ci sono 0 gradi. Ci potrei tornare e consigliare ovviamente non durante l’inverno... :(

Simple but clean, good budget alt to Venice City

If you're looking for a five star hotel with all the service and quality that comes with it, keep searching. But if you just want a good place to stay a night or two (don't really need more to see Venice and Mestre) in a comfortable bed, with a good wifi, clean bathroom and a good location - this is the place. It's not really a hotel in the sense that it doesn't have a reception, lobby or anything like that. But using your own key, you can come and go as you like and it's not more than a 12-15 minutes walk to the railway station, where you can jump on a train to Venice City Centre (Venice Santa Lucia Station), tickets are only €1.30 for an adult. Be aware though, that the street from the railway station to the hotel is a bit shady in the nights. I walked past two men getting into a fight with each other out on the street, around midnight on a Tuesday evening. The police arrived quite fast though and it wasn't anything worse than the regular bar fight, basically. Still though, the first few blocks around Mestre railway station do feel a bit unsafe in the nights, much like around most railway stations in Italy. Apart from this, if you want to visit Venice but you're not looking to spend €150 (and upwards!) per night staying in the city centre, this is a very good option. Simple but clean and great value for money.

Comfort vicino al centro di Mestre

L'unica diffcoltà l'ho riscontrata nel trovare lo stabile, renderei più visibile il nome della struttura tramite un cartello o un qualsivoglia sistema di segnalazione. La zona è molto vicina al centro, a pochi passi dall'edificio si trovano anche due supermercati. Alla reception sono stata accolta con massima disponibilità e cordialità. La camera era ampia, con arredamenti nuovi, molto atrezzata, disponibilità di wi-fi e bollitore elettrico, nel complesso davvero molto confortevole.

Budget hotel and comfortable

I must mention the name of hotel staff Joseph. He is very knowledgeable and polite and is very helpful. The hotel is bit far from Venice but the bus communication is pretty good. The breakfast quality can be improved. One croissouant and cappuccino are not enough. Best wishes from Wiesbaden, Germany.

Easy Venice B&B is what you may expect

Easy Venice is what you can expect from a bed and breakfast and offers that too.For those who expect more luxury etc, they have to look for something else. However, if you want a good drop-off base for Venice this is a good accommodation. It is central to the bus to Venice, the center of Mestre shops/supermarket and the station.

古い建物をリノベーションしたような、とても清潔感があり綺麗なホステルでした。アメニティーもタオル・石鹸・シャワージェルがあり、この価格帯ではリーズナブルなのではないでしょうか。シャワールームは狭く、身長180cmの私がシャワーを浴びると、至るところにぶつけていました。 またベネチアへのバス停留所もそばにあり、リーズナブルにベネチア観光をする方にとってはとても良い立地です。

Einfaches Hotel, perfekt für Städtereise

Einfaches Hotel, perfekt für Städtereise. Bushaltestelle nur 50 m vom Hotel entfernt, Bus fährt regelmäßig. Kein Frühstück im Hotel, dafür gibt es einen Kaffee und ein Croissant in einer nahegelegenen Bar (Gutschein).
