"The room was clean. It was a good size. We did not choose the canal view. Our view was of the back which was okay. The front desk staff Alvise and Vanni were helpful and kind. Anne was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was okay, some hot food and selection of breads, cold cuts and cheeses, fresh squeezed juices. Amenities: robes, slippers and goid toiletries. You can order drinks but no restaurant in the hotel but a short walk to a lot of restaurants. There is a rooftop to hang out. Hotel...

"all good"

"The hotel was located an easy walk from St. Marks Square. Rooms are small, but well organized. This area is super busy, very filled with tourists at all hours, but our hotel and room were quiet and calm. We especially appreciated the private water taxi transfer from the train station. It was well worth the beautiful experience, and our guide led us right to the hotel which was invaluable!"

"Thanks"

"Just the right place to stay near St. Marco. Away from tourists in quiet neighbourhood. Many great restaurants are in 5min walking distance. I will be back for sure 😍😍😍"

"Everything I loved."

"Lovely property in a great location. The staff were very helpful"

The suite was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering a real sense of luxury without...

"Great communication from booking until leaving. Small hotel (only 8 rooms) but centrally located to many attractions and water taxi stations. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Súper trato"

"The location could not have been better! We had a room on the first floor facing the courtyard entrance to the St. Regis Hotel. A short walk to the St. Mark's Square. Despite being on the first floor, it was quiet and safe. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator and safe. Lara (at the reception) was very helpful - we appreciated her assistance and guidance! Thank you - grazie, Lara!"
