"Room was NOT sanitary, side bed tables were nasty and NOT properly wiped down and the room had a funny smell… Pull-Out couch was stained with something of a brownish color… Ew gross. Def NOT worth $150/night. When I went down in the morning the following day to complain to the Manager Tammy to see if she’d be willing to accommodate me and my 3 children she was rude, unprofessional and denied the fact that the room was unsanitary even after showing her pics and videos in my phone. "No beach view from room was disappointing. Kitchen was good. Bed was small. People floor above us woke us up every morning with loud walking (no insulation between floors)."

"The bathroom and kitchen was pretty nice. The lobby smelled like there was a plumbing issue (waste water smell). The walls are paper thin and since our room was immediately opposite the lobby entrance we could hear every single guest coming and going including a group that arrived at 1am. The property is located next to subsidized living and there were homeless people swearing and yelling all night. I suggest you stay closer to Santa Monica if you want a better experience."
