Our departure flights were cancelled due to Middle east conflict which resulted in us having to switch from our resort to the JEN until new flight was available. Their staff met us at the boat dock, escorted us through the airport, and drove us to the hotel. Exellent hospitality. Front desk rep Aisha was outstanding! She took us to our deluxe room and showed us the exec room we had booked for the next day. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed about all of our options to accommodate our mobility concerns. I hope you can recognize Aisha with an award. It is really hard to find people who really go the extra mile for their clients. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"Our stay was a NIGHTMARE , made worse because we have had no apology from the hotel, verbal , written or compensation for what happened . We booked the Ocean View Suite and indeed on checking in it seems great , however later the bathroom started leaking water and it was the worst sewage smell we have ever smelt , spreading throughout the whole room .. Then at around mid night the power failed in the room , we were worried both about Hygiene and also getting and Electric Shock with the water everywhere in the bathroom. We had to beg to get another room obviously we could not stay there, we could hardly breath the smell was so bad . Initially however the reception staff said there was no other room available , we insisted and then after some calls we were found another room in sister hotel , It took almost to 2am to get sorted in the other room, The other room was tiny and extremely noisy in the front of the hotel and almost on top of a busy road. We didn't sleep. We complained at the time and also afterwards about what happened and also via hotels.com, who has tried non stop to speak with the hotel management , with no success. Management wont answer Hotels.com. You will understand that we would not of expected to pay the full price for the Ocean suite when we never had it and indeed the experience we went though. It is unbelievable we never even had an apology in any form. We strongly suggest you book elsewhere this management does not care about its guests "
