"Friendly staff who let us in and looked after our bag as we needed to leave in the evening and checkout was earlier. Which was great as we felt more independent. The room was nice and had a big bathroom. However the shower tap was broken so it only had the overhead shower and I couldn’t use the hand held shower part. There was a fridge in the room but it was tiny. Transport to get into the city was best by a bus stop opposite the hotel but the busses were irregular, not really a problem for us...

"Hotel was about a 10 minute walk from the Vauxhall Underground and train station and about an 8 min walk from the Nine Elms Underground stop. There are several food options close to the Vauxhall stations. Room itself was small and clean. Shower was tiny. We went for a long walk to Buckingham Palace and it was about a 35-40 minute walk. We went over the Vauxhall Bridge and that offered a nice view in the distance of the London Eye. There is a hairdryer, body wash, lotion, and shampoo/conditioner...

"Well situated hotel with multiple metro options within walking distance. Easy walk to Victoria business district for dining, shopping and theater or walk to St. James park, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, etc. Close to tourist destinations but hotel itself is quiet, lively bar and an excellent executive lounge. Friendly and helpful staff - Highly recommend!"
