Although I did not eat here. The front clerk was absolutely phenomenal. I truly don’t remember the last time I had such amazing customer service at a hotel. The clerk was kind,friendly,funny and make a late night check in amazing.

Vancouver West Cozy Retreat by Host Launch
The room was spotless and so were the bathrooms. They were courteous, motsly kept to themselves. Somehow I didn't see when I booked the room the rules of the house such as showers could only be taken between 8 am and 10pm. Thank you for everything.
