"Very welcoming staff. James was there and he made our check in very quick and gave some snacks and coloring kit for my kids. Morning staff gave me a EV charging spot for my car again showing great hospitality. Its an old build hotel i believe but decently maintained at a great location. They provide excellent service even though the rooms are small. Greeat bike service and open lounge. Everything is walkable distance. Rooms are clean, cozy with air conditioner. Overall it was a great experience for my family especially if u are planning to roam around Vancouver downtown."

"The rooms were clean but the staff were doing the bare minimum. Basic amenities like water bottles, toothbrush, water kettle had to be requested the next day rather than being included in the room right away. For the amount paid, it didn’t feel like a premium experience."

"Convenient location for my concert at BC place Stadium - 3 mins walk. Lots of restaurants around too. The hotel rooms are dated. The linen smelled heavily like bleach. Noise levels - are definitely not quiet - outside noise you can hear at night. Lighting in bathroom area low to do makeup and get ready for event. "
