Good location

Good location. Not too far away from the action but also close to a variety of restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff were friendly. Extra props to Amanda at the front desk for going the extra mile. Hotel was clean however the beds were not made in a daily basis and I had to request for the cleaning staff to do so. Maybe due to the COVID there may have been a change in procedures? However, overall I would recommend this place.

From check in to out the hotel exceeded our expectations! Everyone was so kind, the hotel was incredibly clean. Our room was quiet, overlooked a cute courtyard and the bed was comfortable! 10/10 would stay again!

Requested a quiet room and got it. Had a very much needed good night's sleep. Staff were very accommodating. Small Italian Bistro attached to lobby, excellent as well, and grocery store across the street, very convenient.

Clean quiet hotel close to several hospitals so perfect if your travel is for medical reasons Parking can be challenging as their underground space is limited and first come first served (this is clearly stated on their website). Small courtyard offers a nice space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. Attached Italia Bella Bar & Grill offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner so you don't need to go far to grab a bite.
