"The front desk staff were nice and helpful. That was about the highlight of the hotel though. The rooms on the 7th floor are in desperate need of updating. The carpet is yuck- stained and dirty looking- we would not walk bare foot in our room. The bathroom vanity and cubby holes were extremely worn, the doorframes & wall were in need of patching and new paint (some rust showing through). The cookies that we look forward to at check-in were not fresh or tasty as usual. This was not a Hilton or...

"The music at the bars across the street were so loud we couldn’t stay. We had to leave shortly after 10 and the toilet would not flush."

"Everything was nice. We stay there when visiting Jacksonville."

"Very clean room and very quiet stay."

"Everything was wonderful!"

"The only redeeming quality was how nice the staff were. The tub is a slippery death trap regardless of the fact that they provided a rubber mat covered in other people’s hair. The shower head sprays in several different directions, the worst of which is outside the tub. Water didn’t really get hot. The lighting options are odd. "We loved the whole experience of this hotel. Timothy was phenomenal! He had such a welcoming attitude. He checked us right in and told us of the amenities and he was just awesome. We liked him a lot. And Lameka - sorry if I'm getting her name wrong. She was a great help too. Even the cleaning ladies were wonderful. If we come your way again, we will definitely stay at this hotel. Thanks for everything."

"Night manager was very friendly and caring . I appreciated that type of greeting"

"It was perfect for my stay"

"My room did not get cleaned the entire 3 nights. Garbage cans were full, piles of dirty towels did not get taken, sheets not changed, beds unmade. We had to seek out fresh towels."
