"Staff was very friendly"

"The girl working the front desk was amazing! ....the hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. We tried 3 seperate rooms, all filthy. Used/dirty towels from previous guests hanging on the back of bathroom door (on 2 out of the 3 rooms), rooms smelled terrible/musty, ventilation/fans are not running when rooms are not in use so the rooms are hot and smelly... the bathroom floor was sticky from last guest, floors not washed, ripped open/empty soap packaging laying on back of toilet, the stairwell smelled like Marijuana... whoever is giving this hotel 5 stars is either delusional or the rating system is a scam. After giving 3 seperate rooms a try, we left... did not stay the night. I would rather sleep in my car. Thankfully the hotel attendant was willing to vouch for our horrible experience so that we could get a full refund"

"Very unhappy that they charge extra for parking in an open lot (i.e., not even covered parking). That alone will keep me from staying there again as there are plenty of other options in the area that do not charge extra for parking. There was very little available at breakfast - no hot foods stocked. The hotel itself was extremely cold. Not the best stay!"

"I was totally unprepared for the lack of amenities, especially with the hotel being a Hilton. There was no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. No drinking cups or ice bucket in the room! I mentioned it to the manager and she explained it was Hilton’s policy! Really?? The ice bucket must be requested at the front desk. The cups I retrieved from the lobby and if I wanted to reheat any leftovers, it too, had to done in the lobby. What a joke! Hilton’s policy is a cheap and inconvenient! The breakfast was very disappointing: cold cereal, bagels, muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt from a non-functioning machine. Did I mention 2 bananas and about 6 apples? Although the room was clean, comfortable, staff were pleasant, I’ll never return."
