Everything was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, always fresh coffee for an early 5am riser like me. Location was perfect for our weekend event at the Ford center. This hotel was totally booked for the weekend and the staff was top notch. Only a small issue was the room refrigerator was cool, not cold and without a freezer section. No room microwave but the lobby microwave was accessible. This Hyatt is still a “10” in my opinion!! Fabulous job!!

we didn't have the breakfast bar. rooms were clean and nice and cool. staff was very friendly. Shout out to Herbert at the front desk!!! After our evening at the Ballet we had a nite cap at the bar and he fixed some amazing White Russians (very fitting for our Ballet venue!!) We talked to him for several minutes and found him, friendly, interesting and just very sweet!!!
