Pool water was actually warm. Hot tub was wonderfully hot. Rooms were comfortable. There was chaos in the hallway until about 2-3 in the morning, but we survived. Front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area was FANTASTIC. She deserves a raise and her hard work was enough to get me to come back.

Breakfast looked good, lady who was maintaining and putting things out was rude. Gave dirty looks and put things out in a very loud manner. Aggravated when you took something that was just brought out. Almost bumped in to me twice and I apologize. She wouldn’t even ex knowledge that she almost ran in to me. Very rude. Pool doesn’t open till 10am. Water was a bit green so sadly we didn’t get in. Room, was mostly clean. Fridge needed a wiping and the dirty bandages left in the corner of carpet needs picked up. Also, be careful of the staples that are poking out of the ottoman. Dangers for little ones climbing up or bare legs.

The staff was so friendly and kind. That breakfast bar is great. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and have seen the same person running the bar. She is on top of it! Constantly cleaning and refilling the food. Hats off to her! The room wasn’t spotless, but I’ve stayed in worse. For this price, amenities, and location, I can forgive the peeling computer chair and forgotten water bottle behind the nightstand.
