"We decided to stay at this hotel with the understanding it had a free continental breakfast. It was defi itely NOT free. We opted for the more expensive buffet one day and had COLD food that should have been warm. The continental breakfast included COLD steel cut oats. Their breakfast option overall was very disappointing for the price. $25 for continental and $35 for buffet. Everything else was great with the room and staff."

Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat immer versucht auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. Ein Wunsch wat z.B. das wir gerne das Zimmer tauschen würden denn wenn man mit ausrichtung zu Straße schläft ist es schon sehr laut im Zimmer, wer also einen leichten schlaf hat dem ist immer die Seite richtung Innenhof zu empfehlen. "This is our 5th time staying at this hotel. It is a very convenient location in San Francisco to get to lots of different theaters, restaurants, bars, etc, but it generally seems a little bit safer and quieter than the heart of the Tenderloin. The hotel has some great history, the rooms all have lots of character, but are very clean and beds are comfy. Staff is excellent - helpful and friendly, all of them, from front desk to housekeeping. There is a free breakfast of good pastries...
